Regal Springs has long been associated with Alpine Gem Switzerland, known for its delicious chocolate and mouth-watering cheeses, reliable watches and ski paradise.

Our founder over 30 years ago in Indonesia was a UN social worker from Switzerland, and many of our stakeholders today are Swiss.

Zurich, Switzerland is the location of our headquarters for several good reasons: a convenient time zone for our worldwide business, a friendly environment for doing business, efficiency, a high level of commercial transparency, and an internationally renowned banking system.

In particular, Switzerland has a well-deserved reputation for the highest quality, from food products, to Olympic timepieces, to high-tech machine tools, to pharmaceuticals.

Marsekal Muda TNI (Pur) Prayitno Ramelan (Retired Air Vice Marshal) had a distinguished 40+ year career in the Indonesian Air Force, specializing in air intelligence, defense strategy, and national security. Key roles included Head of Intelligence at Air Force Operations, Assistant Defense Attaché in New Zealand, and Commander of the Air Force Headquarters Detachment. After retiring in 2002, Prayitno continued his contributions as an adviser to the Ministry of Defense, the National Counter-Terrorism Agency (BNPT), and the Indonesian Strategic Intelligence Agency (KABAIS). He also served in the business sector as Chairman in several companies, applying his leadership to both defense and corporate sectors. His legacy is defined by his expertise in security, defense, and his ongoing impact on Indonesia's strategic landscape.

Appointed in 2020 as President Director, Rudolf has more than 25 years experience in marketing, sales and general management in a wide range of consumer goods and sustainable B2B businesses. He spent 17 years with Nestle globally including 9 years in Indonesia and 7 years in China. Rudolf believes that true success is a synergy of team work and passion and considers continuous progress in aquaculture as one of the main contributors to improving the sustainability of our food supply chain.
