KAMI PEDULI Program Against COVID-19 for Community Immunity
Medan, October 22, 2021 – Regal Springs Indonesia (RSI), through the KAMI PEDULI Program Against COVID-19, conducted the second batch of mass vaccination for 1,300 employees, their families, and the surrounding community on October 22-23, 2021, in Naga Kisar Village, Pantai Cermin Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency (Sergai).
The vaccination campaign was carried out in collaboration with the Serdang Bedagai Regency Government through the Serdang Bedagai Health Agency, with support from the Bukit Barisan Regional Military Command (Kodam I/Bukit Barisan) and the Deli Serdang District Military Command (Kodim 0204/Deli Serdang). The aim was to support the government’s accelerated vaccination program for the community and create community immunity, especially for those residing in Pantai Cermin Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency.
“This second batch of mass vaccination is a continuation of the initial vaccination program that was conducted in July-August. With ongoing collaboration with the Serdang Bedagai Regency Government, we hope to further enhance community protection,” said Dian Octavia, Senior Manager of Corporate & Community Affairs at Regal Springs Indonesia.

RSI proactively conducted mass vaccination campaigns earlier this year for the communities surrounding its operational areas, both in Serdang Bedagai Regency and Ajibata Subdistrict in Toba Regency, as well as Lontung Subdistrict in Samosir Regency, targeting more than 3,000 individuals. Additionally, RSI regularly provides nutritious supplementary food to the community, healthcare equipment to several village integrated health posts (Posyandu), and other programs aimed at preventing and managing COVID-19.
David Tampubolon, Head of Corporate Affairs at Regal Springs Indonesia, added that the KAMI PEDULI program is the company’s commitment to its employees and their families, as well as its support for the government’s accelerated herd immunity efforts. “Through collaboration and contributions from various stakeholders, we hope this program can expedite economic productivity,” Tampubolon explained.
