Serdang Bedagai, 22 December 2023 – Regal Springs Indonesia (PT Aqua Farm Nusantara) has once again strengthened its commitment to employee and community welfare in terms of health by holding free blood donation and mass circumcision social service activities in the Processing Plant area in Serdang Regency Bedagai, Friday (22/12).
This activity collaborates with RSUD Amri Tambunan for blood donations and the Islamic Faith Agency (BKI) PT Aqua Farm Nusantara for mass circumcisions, with a total target beneficiary of more than 240 people.
Sri Rusmianawati Processing Plant Director Regal Springs Indonesia said that this activity aims to increase awareness and corporate social responsibility towards employees and the community in the environment around the company’s operations.
“We are very happy to be able to play a role in expanding access to health for communities in the areas where we operate. “Of course, this is a commitment from the company, as well as a form of concern from our employees to participate in helping people in need,” said Sri Rusmianawati.
Hendra Syahputra, HR Manager of Regal Springs Indonesia, also added that mass circumcision and blood donation activities are carried out almost every year by the company, but this was halted when the Covid-19 pandemic occurred.
“The mass circumcision participants reached 130 children of employees and local residents. Meanwhile, for blood donors, there were more than 130 registrants, most of whom were employees. The enthusiasm of this year’s participants was greater than in previous years. “We hope that this activity will be carried out more regularly and there will be more participants,” said Hendra.
