Regal Springs Indonesia Continues KAMI PEDULI Program Against COVID-19

Medan, August 27, 2021 – Following the successful implementation of the first dose of mass vaccination in the sustainable and socially responsible KAMI PEDULI program, Regal Springs Indonesia (RSI) has once again extended its partnership with the Bukit Barisan Regional Military Command (Kodam), Deli Serdang District Military Command (Kodim) 0204, and the Serdang Bedagai Regency Government for the second dose of COVID-19 vaccination for 1,000 individuals in Pantai Cermin, Serdang Bedagai (Sergai), North Sumatra on Friday (08/27/2021).

“This second vaccination is a continuation of the first vaccination that was carried out in July. We are delighted that the commitment specifically targeted towards the community surrounding our tilapia processing facility continues to receive full support from the Serdang Bedagai Regency, Bukit Barisan Regional Military Command, and Deli Serdang District Military Command as the COVID-19 Task Force implementation team,” said Dian Octavia, Senior Manager of Corporate & Community Affairs at Regal Springs Indonesia.

Since February 2020, RSI has actively supported the needs of the local community and employees in controlling COVID-19, including providing nutritious food, healthcare equipment, COVID-19 risk management plans for employees, regular mass vaccination, and other initiatives that will continue to support the local government.

David Tampubolon, Head of Corporate Affairs at Regal Springs Indonesia, added that the KAMI PEDULI program is open to all parties, both beneficiaries and collaboration with stakeholders. “We hope that this activity not only expands access for the community to receive vaccines but also that the contribution from various parties can stimulate local economic activities,” concluded Tampubolon.
