Ingredients
- Regal Springs Indonesia Tilapia Fillet: 200 g
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- Black pepper: ¼ tsp
- Salt: ¼ tsp
- Dried parsley leaves: ¼ tsp
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Green beans: 5 pieces
- Cauliflower: ¼ head
Instructions
- Marinate the Tilapia fillet with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and dried parsley leaves.
- Let it sit for a while to marinate (at least 5 minutes).
- Prepare a grill pan or non-stick pan, lightly grease it with oil.
- Grill the Tilapia fillet until cooked. Remove from heat.
- Clean the green beans and cauliflower with water, then boil them for 2 minutes.
- Prepare a plate, place the grilled Tilapia fillet and the boiled green beans and cauliflower on it.
- Grilled Tilapia is ready to be served.
