Ingredients

  • Regal Springs Indonesia Tilapia Fillet: 200 g
  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper: ¼ tsp
  • Salt: ¼ tsp
  • Dried parsley leaves: ¼ tsp
  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Green beans: 5 pieces
  • Cauliflower: ¼ head

Instructions

  • Marinate the Tilapia fillet with lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and dried parsley leaves.
  • Let it sit for a while to marinate (at least 5 minutes).
  • Prepare a grill pan or non-stick pan, lightly grease it with oil.
  • Grill the Tilapia fillet until cooked. Remove from heat.
  • Clean the green beans and cauliflower with water, then boil them for 2 minutes.
  • Prepare a plate, place the grilled Tilapia fillet and the boiled green beans and cauliflower on it.
  • Grilled Tilapia is ready to be served.
