Ingredients
- Naturally Better Tilapia Filets 200 g
- Lime ½ fruit
- Nori sheets
- Rice
- Sesame oil 2 tbsp
- Toasted sesame seeds 1 tsp
- Cooking vinegar 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp
- Margarine 1 tbsp
- Green peppers, cut lengthwise 50 g
- Yellow peppers, cut lengthwise 50 g
- Red peppers, cut lengthwise 50 g
- 2 Eggs
- UHT milk
- Spinach
Instructions
- Cut the Naturally Better Tilapia Filets lengthwise, add ½ tsp salt and lime juice.
- Open 2 eggs then mix with a mixture of 4 spoons of UHT milk and salt to taste, then omelet.
- Heat the margarine, add the tilapia filet pieces. Pan Seared for 1 minute.
- Prepare a bowl, add rice, sesame oil, sesame seeds, vinegar, sugar and salt, mix all the ingredients until well blended.
- Prepare a bamboo mat/makisu and place a sheet of nori on it.
- Arrange the rice on the nori, add the fillings: Tilapia, spinach, scrambled eggs and bell peppers.
- Roll the Gimbab slowly while slightly pressing it to the end.
- Cut the kimbab 2-3 cm long. Serve.
