Mango Tilapia Salad

Ingredients:

  • Regal Springs Indonesia Tilapia Fillet: 200 g
  • Lime: 1 piece
  • Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic: 2 cloves
  • Grated ginger: 1 cm
  • Olive oil: 3 tbsp
  • Unsalted butter: 20 g

 

Mango Salad:

  • Tamarind water: 150 ml
  • Lime juice: 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil: 2 tbsp
  • Apple vinegar: 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Fish sauce: 3 tbsp
  • Granulated sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Garlic, sliced: 2 cloves
  • Large red chili, sliced: 1 piece
  • Red bird’s eye chili, sliced: 5 pieces
  • Picked coriander leaves: 8-10 g
  • Grated unripe mango: 150 g

Instructions

How to make:

  1. Marinate Tilapia with soy sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, grated ginger, black pepper, chopped garlic and lime juice. Marinate Tilapia for 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare a bowl, add all the mango salad ingredients. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Heat a frying pan, add olive oil and unsalted butter, let the butter melt.
  4. Add the marinated Tilapia, pan fry Tilapia for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  5. Place the pan fried Tilapia on a serving plate, pour over the mango dressing and serve
