Marinate Tilapia with soy sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, grated ginger, black pepper, chopped garlic and lime juice. Marinate Tilapia for 5 minutes.
Prepare a bowl, add all the mango salad ingredients. Stir until evenly mixed.
Heat a frying pan, add olive oil and unsalted butter, let the butter melt.
Add the marinated Tilapia, pan fry Tilapia for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
Place the pan fried Tilapia on a serving plate, pour over the mango dressing and serve
