- Regal Springs Tilapia Filets 200 g
- Green onions 15 g
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Farmer sago flour 65 gr
- Chicken eggs 2 grains
- Onion oil 5 tbsp
- Sesame oil 2 tbsp
- Fish sauce 1 tbsp
- Granulated sugar 2 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Flavoring 1 tsp
Ground spices
- Boiled shallots 7 cloves
- Garlic boiled 5 cloves
- Boiled curly red chilies 20 pieces
- 5 large boiled red chilies
- Red cayenne pepper 10 pieces

Instructions
- Prepare a food processor, add all the ingredients for the Tilapia dumpling filling. Grind.
- Take 1 sheet of wonton skin, fill with 1 tablespoon of Tilapia filling, seal it.
- Do the same steps until the stuffing runs out.
- Bring the water to a boil then add the Tilapia dumplings. Boil for 5-6 minutes, remove and drain.
- Heat the onion oil and sesame oil, sauté the onions and ground spices.
- Add the chicken eggs and green onions. Mix randomly.
- Add sliced ​​white cabbage, mustard green, and large bean sprouts. Sauté until the vegetables wilt.
- Add the broth and lime juice, cook over high heat until it boils.
- Give salt, ground pepper, seasoning, fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, and soy sauce.
- Mix until well blended. After that, enter Tilapia dumplings. Mix slowly. Cook over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Turn off the fire.
