  • Fish sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sweet soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Flavoring 1 tsp
  • Broth water 850 ml

Tilapia dumpling ingredients

  • Regal Springs Tilapia Filets 200 g
  • Green onions 15 g
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Farmer sago flour 65 gr
  • Chicken eggs 2 grains
  • Onion oil 5 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 2 tbsp
  • Fish sauce 1 tbsp
  • Granulated sugar 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Flavoring 1 tsp

Ground spices

  • Boiled shallots 7 cloves
  • Garlic boiled 5 cloves
  • Boiled curly red chilies 20 pieces
  • 5 large boiled red chilies
  • Red cayenne pepper 10 pieces
  • Candlenut roasted 3 items
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Grilled ginger 2 cm

Instructions

  1. Prepare a food processor, add all the ingredients for the Tilapia dumpling filling. Grind.
  2. Take 1 sheet of wonton skin, fill with 1 tablespoon of Tilapia filling, seal it.
  3. Do the same steps until the stuffing runs out.
  4. Bring the water to a boil then add the Tilapia dumplings. Boil for 5-6 minutes, remove and drain.
  5. Heat the onion oil and sesame oil, sauté the onions and ground spices.
  6. Add the chicken eggs and green onions. Mix randomly.
  7. Add sliced ​​white cabbage, mustard green, and large bean sprouts. Sauté until the vegetables wilt.
  8. Add the broth and lime juice, cook over high heat until it boils.
  9. Give salt, ground pepper, seasoning, fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, and soy sauce.
  10. Mix until well blended. After that, enter Tilapia dumplings. Mix slowly. Cook over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Turn off the fire.
