  • Tilapia fillet (Regal Springs Indonesia): 200 g
  • Lime: 1
  • Sliced green onions: 20 g
  • Fresh coriander leaves: 8-10 g
  • Sliced large red chili: 1
  • Sliced carrots: 100 g
  • Sliced broccoli: 100 g
  • Sliced ginger: 2 cm
  • Sliced lemongrass (white part): 1 stalk
  • Sliced garlic: 3 cloves
  • Sesame oil: 3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Fish sauce: 3 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Sugar: 1 tsp
  • Ground white pepper: ½ tsp
  • Stock powder: 1 tsp
  • Stock or broth: 300 ml

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a heatproof dish, and add the broth, soy sauce, fish sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper, stock powder, sliced ginger, lemongrass, and garlic.
  2. Stir until well mixed, then place the Tilapia fillet into the dish.
  3. Arrange the sliced carrots and broccoli around the fish, then add the red chili, green onions, and coriander leaves on top.
  4. Heat a steamer until the water boils, and place the dish with Tilapia into the steamer.
  5. Steam the Tilapia for 10-12 minutes. Remove and serve while hot.
