Steamed Tofu Tilapia







  • Regal Springs Indonesia Tilapia Fillet: 200 g
  • Large Chinese tofu: 3 pieces
  • Japanese bean sprouts: 50 g
  • Onion: ½ piece
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Ground pepper: ½ tsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 tsp
  • Sweet soy sauce: 1 tsp
  • Sesame oil: 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tsp
  • Cornstarch: 1 tsp
  • Water: ½ cup
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp


  • Soak the tofu in salted water, then steam it.
  • Heat a pan, add olive oil. Sauté garlic and onion.
  • Add Tilapia fillet, then pour in ½ cup of water.
  • Add seasonings such as ground pepper, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce.
  • Dissolve cornstarch in water. Then add it to the sauce and cook until it boils.
  • Add bean sprouts and stir-fry until cooked.
  • Arrange the tofu in a bowl, and pour the sauce over it. Serve.
