Ingredients
- Regal Springs Indonesia Tilapia Fillet: 200 g
- Large Chinese tofu: 3 pieces
- Japanese bean sprouts: 50 g
- Onion: ½ piece
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Ground pepper: ½ tsp
- Soy sauce: 1 tsp
- Sweet soy sauce: 1 tsp
- Sesame oil: 1 tsp
- Oyster sauce: 1 tsp
- Cornstarch: 1 tsp
- Water: ½ cup
- Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Soak the tofu in salted water, then steam it.
- Heat a pan, add olive oil. Sauté garlic and onion.
- Add Tilapia fillet, then pour in ½ cup of water.
- Add seasonings such as ground pepper, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce.
- Dissolve cornstarch in water. Then add it to the sauce and cook until it boils.
- Add bean sprouts and stir-fry until cooked.
- Arrange the tofu in a bowl, and pour the sauce over it. Serve.
