Ingredients
- Regal Springs Tilapia Filets 100 g.
- Tapioca flour 150 g.
- Wheat flour 75 g.
- Warm water 100 ml.
- Leek 1 stem, thinly sliced.
- Salt ½ tsp.
- Ground pepper ½ tsp.
Peanut Sauce Ingredients
- Red chilies 10 pieces.
- Red cayenne 5 pieces.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Shallots 4 cloves
- Ground peanuts 150 g.
- Brown sugar 3 tbsp.
- Salt ½ tsp.
- Broth powder chicken ½ tsp.
- Kaffir lime leaves 2 pieces, thinly sliced.
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
- Chili sauce 5 tbsp.
- Oil 50 ml.
- Water 50 ml.
- Lime juice 1 tsp.
Instructions
- Grind the Tilapia Fillet, then mix with flour, tapioca, salt, sugar, and ground pepper, mix well with warm water until the dough is smooth.
- Form the dough into small balls until the dough runs out.
- Boil water in a pan, add a little cooking oil. Then enter the cilok dough that has been formed, cook until cooked and float then drain.
- Grind the chilies, chili pepper, shallots, garlic, then sauté until fragrant.
- Add water, sugar, broth powder, soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, and ground peanuts to the sautéed spices, cook until boiling.
- Arrange cilok on a serving plate then pour over the sauce, add the lime juice. Cilok Tilapia is ready to be served.
