Ingredients

Tartlet ingredients:

  • Wheat flour: 250 g
  • Milk powder: 25 g
  • Powdered sugar: 50 g
  • Vanilla powder: ½ tsp
  • Melted unsalted butter: 50 g
  • Melted margarine: 75 g
  • Chicken egg: 1 egg

 

Filling ingredients:

  • Regal Springs Indonesia Tilapia Fillet: 200 g
  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
  • Unsalted butter: 30 g
  • Sliced ​​onion: 30 g
  • Bayleaves: 2 leaves
  • Dried rosemary: 1 tsp
  • Cloves: 5 cloves
  • Wheat flour: 15 g
  • Full cream liquid milk: 400 ml
  • Salt: ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder: ½ tsp
  • Sugar: 2 tsp
  • Powdered stock: 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese: 25 g
  • Mashed steamed potatoes: 100 g
  • Cooking cream: 150 ml

 

Topping: Grated mozzarella cheese + dried parsley

Instructions

How to make:

  1. Roughly chop the Tilapia, add lemon juice. Stir and set aside.
  2. Prepare a stainless bowl, add the tartlet dough ingredients. Stir until smooth.
  3. Knead the Tarlet dough for 5 minutes, then rest the dough for 10 minutes.
  4. Prepare a tartlet mold, add 1 tablespoon of dough. Press and smooth to the sides.
  5. Do this until the tartlet dough runs out. Bake the tartlet for 15 minutes, at 150 degrees.
  6. Heat unsalted butter, add onions then saute until fragrant.
  7. Then add Tilapia, bay leaves, rosemary, cloves and flour. Stir.
  8. Add liquid milk and mashed potatoes, stir and cook until bubbling.
  9. Add salt, pepper, sugar, powdered broth and parmesan cheese. Cook until the liquid reduces.
  10. Pour in the cooking cream, stir and cook over low heat until the liquid reduces.
  11. Prepare the tartlet, add enough Tilapia filling, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and parsley.
  12. Bake the Tilapia Tartlet until the mozzarella cheese melts, remove and serve
