Mix all the ingredients for the roulade filling, set aside.
Mix all the ingredients for the roulade wrapper. Heat a non-stick pan greased with margarine.
Pour an appropriate amount of the batter into the pan to form a full round shape. Once the wrapper starts to peel off, remove from the pan and set aside.
Pour the roulade filling onto the egg wrapper, spread it evenly with a spoon, then roll it up.
Roll it again with banana leaves and secure it with toothpicks on both sides.
Heat a steamer pot, steam for about 20 minutes or until the banana leaves change color, then remove from heat.
Unwrap the banana leaves, remove the filling, and cut it into desired pieces. Fry briefly and then remove from the pan.
