Medan (27/08) Regal Springs Indonesia (PT Aqua Farm Nusantara) is fully supporting the 2024 National Sports Week (PON XXI) in Aceh and North Sumatera. As a manifestation of its commitment to this national sports event, Regal Springs Indonesia has signed a sponsorship agreement with the PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024 Organizing Committee for North Sumatera at the Provincial Investment and One-Stop Service Office in Medan, Tuesday (27/08).
The agreement was signed by Faisal Arif Nasution, Head of the Investment and One-Stop Service Office of North Sumatra Province, acting as the Head of Marketing for the PB PON XXI North Sumatra region on behalf of the Executive Chair of PB PON XXI North Sumatra, Baharuddin Siagian, and Arum P. Handayani, representing Regal Springs Indonesia.
During the event, Faisal Arif Nasution expressed his appreciation for the support from various parties.
“Support from both companies and the community, as well as other involved parties, is important to the success of this national event,” Faisal said.
In addition to being one of the sponsors, Regal Springs Indonesia is also collaborating with the North Sumatra branch of the Indonesian Judo Federation (PJSI) by providing tilapia fillets to meet the nutritional needs of competing athletes and enhance their performance.
Tilapia is a freshwater fish that is rich in essential nutrients such as protein, fatty acids, omega-3, and vitamins. These nutrients play a crucial role in muscle recovery and energy, making tilapia an ideal dietary choice for athletes.
Muhammad Arief Fadhillah, Chairman of PJSI North Sumatra, stated that this year, PJSI Sumut will send 35 athletes to compete in PON. “The contribution and participation of Regal Springs Indonesia are expected to help the athletes perform at their best,” Arief said.
Arum P. Handayani, Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs at Regal Springs Indonesia, emphasized that the company’s support for PON XXI reflects its commitment to the local government.
“Regal Springs Indonesia’s dedication goes beyond providing high-quality products; we also actively participate in initiatives to promote the importance of protein consumption and essential nutrients from fish to the wider community,” Arum stated.
