Toba (09/03) Regal Springs Indonesia (PT Aqua Farm Nusantara) together with the Toba Regency Environmental Service collaborated in an environmental care action “Exchange Waste for Basic Necessities” on March 8 at the Balige Roundabout, Toba Regency, North Sumatra. This activity is also to celebrate the 26th Anniversary of Toba Regency and to commemorate National Waste Care Day.

He also appreciated the support from the parties in making this event a success. “We are grateful to the community who have participated in sorting waste, and to Regal Springs Indonesia, who also supported this activity by providing basic necessities. We hope that this activity in the future can become a sustainable awareness from the community, and reduce the volume of household waste for a better and cleaner Toba Regency,” said Rajaipan.
Agam Sinaga, CSR Manager of Regal Springs Indonesia, explained that the company’s support for this activity is part of the CSR commitment to the environmental protection pillar that is oriented towards preserving nature around the company’s operational area.
“In line with the spirit of the Toba Regency Environmental Service, we hope that this activity can be the first step for a community-based waste management lifestyle, starting from households,” said Agam.
With this activity, it is hoped that various other initiatives will grow from various parties that carry out sustainable community-based environmental protection, especially in Toba Regency.
