Regal Springs Indonesia Receives 2 Awards from the Regent of Serdang Bedagai

Regal Springs Indonesia has been honored with two awards by the Regent of Serdang Bedagai, Mr. H. Soekirman, for its commitment and participation in preserving the environment in the Serdang Bedagai Regency. The awards were presented during the 16th anniversary celebration of the Serdang Bedagai Regency on Monday (1/6) at Firdaus Football Field, Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra. The Head of the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Serdang Bedagai, Mrs. Sri Wahyuni Pancasilawati, SP., Msi., stated that the local government awarded PT Aqua Farm Nusantara for its dedication to environmental protection.

“The commitment and participation of PT Aqua Farm Nusantara have been demonstrated through the stocking of tilapia fingerlings in 6 rivers in Serdang Bedagai,” said Sri Wahyuni. Meanwhile, the Head of the Department of Environment, Mr. Panisean Tambunan, S.Sos., added that PT Aqua Farm Nusantara has made significant contributions to environmental activities in the Serdang Bedagai Regency.

Regal Springs Indonesia’s General Manager/President Director, Juan Carlos, received the environmental award from the Regent of Serdang Bedagai, Mr. H. Soekirman, in the presence of Vice Regent Darmawijaya, SE, and the Chief of Police of Serdang Bedagai, AKBP Robinson Simatupang, on Monday (1/6/20).

“PT Aqua Farm Nusantara has been very responsive in collaborating on environmental activities in Serdang Bedagai,” said Panisean Tambunan. After receiving the award, Regal Springs Indonesia’s General Manager/President Director, Juan Carlos, said, “Our priorities are threefold: caring for the environment, the community, and our products. We are delighted to receive two awards today, one for the environment and one for tilapia cultivation.” Juan Carlos added that these two awards are a recognition of our ongoing efforts aligned with the government’s goals through the KAMI PEDULI program to enhance the quality of the environment beyond our tilapia processing facilities in Serdang Bedagai.

Through the KAMI PEDULI program, Regal Springs Indonesia has been assisting the local government and communities in the Serdang Bedagai Regency through activities such as tree planting, tilapia fingerling stocking, beach cleanups, and more.
